Our Story
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Carl Metzger, and I am the owner of Lake Area Mobile RV Repair Service. I am also the pastor of Friendship Bible Church in Keystone Heights, FL, the church where my wife and I got married 42 years ago. With over 40 years of experience in various types of repair work, including my time as a poultry farmer and builder, I have honed my skills significantly. My interest in the RV industry grew when my son started his RV Tech repair business in South Georgia, and I found that I truly enjoy helping people while benefiting from the flexibility this work offers. I attended the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) in Athens, Texas, where I completed certified training classes in AC cleaning services and exteriors. As a registered technician with the NRVTA, I am licensed and insured, specializing in AC cleaning services, repair, and replacement. Additionally, I install awnings, perform roof seal repairs, and offer black and grey tank jetting and cleaning as part of my RV repair services. These are my areas of specialty, but feel free to inquire about other services.
